Default Securing blinds to vinyl casement window

I want to hang some cellular blinds inside a large window. The blinds
will go inside the window frame on the underside of the top edge. The
casement is made of vinyl. What kind of fastener would be best for this
type of installation? Has anyone done this sort of install and has some
advice? Thanks.

As a duffer, I'd think there would be wood framing above the casement that
could be screwed into to hold the brackets that mount the blinds. But
before telling this guy to poke a hole through his window casement to find
where the wood is ....
