Learning how to repair a Monitor

Does anyone know any websites that teach you how to troubleshoot and repair
a computer monitor?

Also are there any Forums or New Groups specific to monitor repair.

I have a KDS monitor that stopped working and it is only 2 years old. I
think there is something wrong with the power supply part of the monitor
since it just has trouble starting up. When it is plugged in, it seems to
try to start up since the power LED keeps turning on and off continuously.

Thanks for any help.
